The work carried out included;

		Complete renovation with a modern architectural fit-out of a high rise lobby
		Additions to the building include: disabled toilets, disable access ramp with tactile indicators, cleaners room, disabled access kitchen and a function room
		Complete overhaul of the fire system and sprinkler system
		Complete overhaul of the lobbies electrical system including intercom system
		Installation of a new mechanical ventilation system
		Refurbished the footpath and kerb guttering at the front of the building with granite kerbing
		Installation of an architecturally designed awning at the front of the building made out of structural steel
