		Training structure designed from scratch for a client involved in training and certification for working at heights and confined spaces and complete refurbishment of the factory and office space
		Structural steel used for construction of structure
		Production room designed complete with mechanical ventilation ducting to each work station, compressor with air lines going to each work station
		Testing facility constructed to test rope strengths
		Demolition to part of the ground floor office to create a new amenities block including male and female amenities, disabled toilet, shower facility and cleaners room
