Our highly experienced management team will build your project at a quality which exceeds Australian Standards and leave you with no hassle free. Our construction project management process is comprised of the following;

	A project manager (PM) taking care of all aspects of the project excluding site management
	Our experienced PM collecting 3 quotes off every trade for you to compare
	Ensuring the materials needed are ordered and delivered to the site or arranging for pickups
	Organising all inspections with council, PCA and professionals (i.e. engineers and etc)
	Paying trades and invoicing you accordingly (including a copy of the trades invoice for your records)
	Collecting Safe Work Method Statements, trades insurances, conducting licence checks and looking after all paperwork associated with the project
