Site Management

Hiring one of our experienced site managers includes the following;

	Being present onsite whenever there are trades on site to ensure the work is done correctly and according to plans
	Organising schedules for materials to be delivered
	Organising trades to start and finish in regular continuity allowing the project to be completed in a timely manner
	Ensuring all work is completed to Australian standards (our company policy is to have all work done to a higher standard than the minimum set by regulations)
	Sending a labourer onsite if need be to effectively fill in the gaps between trades and ensure a clean and safe site
	Ensuring all trades are working safely and eliminating any dangers onsite
	Ensuring all site safety documentation is signed, filled out and up to date
	Ensuring contractors supply and sign their SWMS and attendance sheets
